I'm not used to waiting 1 hour before having a dish. Fortunately, the only champagne (really too green) kept us waiting with the small glass of very well seasoned guacamole. Three champagnes on the menu but no Ruinart. I had beef in a crust, excellent and well cooked, but the simple undercooked puff pastry around the meat did not provide the expected supreme. Very good homemade mash, I suppose, but far too little. Nothing exceptional in the crème brûlée which was borderline lukewarm. In terms of atmosphere, avoid loud music and prefer a zen, jazz-type atmosphere. It will be more appropriate and easier to discuss.

We made my birthday in this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by all of this benefits. Cuisine and service to the top! Incredible atmosphere and listening staff. Thank you very much, I recommend 100% this establishment.
