We were warmly welcomed despite not having a reservation. We think the owner himself served our table, and he made excellent wine recommendations. The decor is very light wood, plaid tablecloths, and a very cozy and charming atmosphere. We enjoyed escargot, the traditional choucroute platter, muenster with ham and potatoes, and the dessert of the day was a delicious plum crumble. Prices are very reasonable. The perfect way to end our last day in Strasbourg.
We went back to this restaurant reading the reviews. Good atmosphere, service pretty fast despite the full room. The delicious honey stock, I recommend, just said a little disappointed for the sauerkraut. It would deserve a little more preparation and a little more volume. The quantity of meat and meat is very correct. Still, a very nice restaurant.
I had lunch today with friends. It is a very nice surprise and the pleasure of a true and tasty restaurant. The boss and his very efficient and nice waitress provide a service to the top. I think their reputation is no longer to do and the address is well known to the Strasbourg. Thank you for this pleasant break.
Good address, delicious cuisine with good products. The dishes are simple and effective, at a correct price. Special mention to honey and beer stock! I had already eaten good jars, but now the sauce is really exceptional. In a small alley close to the cathedral, it's a great little restaurant like you like. Book a table now
