The 5th star is missing because of a very slow service (amusing mouth 1 hour after our arrival) and a menu of the wines globally expensive and without a choice of glass. I understand that this is not what customers are looking for in the year, but for me it contributes greatly to the experience. After the plate content was really good. Entrance rhubarb foie gras very greedy and especially lobster dish, purée d’artichauts somptuous.
Very beautiful establishment open to the year, well known locally and even beyond. A pleasant and distinguished setting where you enjoy taking the time of a good meal. The palate, inserts and dishes are perfectly made. The classics of the house, millefeuille of turtle and cube of chocolate, contribute to the good reputation of the table. Great choice of wines.
