Whether breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, snack...there's always something to satisfy your appetite at the Salon des Fous! Meet the ski instructors at breakfast, have a late lunch or early dinner...the kitchen is always open. The place is always buzzing, many regulars, cosy and informal.Went several times and at odd hours: the galette de sarrazin (buckwheat savoury crepes) were delicious, the Tartare "au couteau" (coarse cut with a knife) well seasoned and a welcomed treat after a full day's off-piste...all very reasonably priced and speedy service.

My wife & I went for crepes late morning. It was 25% busy. We sat for 15 minutes without being offered a menu. The couple next to us had orders taken and the menus taken rather than passed to us. The gentleman next to us was served lunch and again we were ignored. Waitress seemed more interested in chatting to locals at the bar. As we left the gentleman next to us said "I'm not surprised"!

My family and I sat down for lunch. The food was good, but the waiting staff was visibly irritated with us. Maybe the restaurant was busy but that is no excuse...get more waiting staff! The wrong wine was placed on our bill. Fortunately, we were able to pick it up and change itWill not return

Had a snack at this place, crepes and wine, in the afternoon. Quite busy and the staff seemed a bit stressed due to that. A perfect place for a quick snack or something to drink.
