It's been a while since I've been to the Select when I come to Bastia. Well, I will return there with great pleasure. Everything was perfect ! From the welcome with a smile, to the impeccable service and above all the excellent meal! In the photo, it's the Hot Duck with foie gras: Brioche bread with cooked apples, duck breast and foie gras sauce! Mamamia The desserts are also terrible! In short, I highly recommend it and for my part, I am going back next week!

Very friendly Valentine's Day with kneading muscat a choice of mouth between the walnuts of St James with gambas or duck coffee or verbena all for 40 euros. The dishes are original and gourmet, the dessert was slightly soft to our taste. Restaurant with a warm and warm welcome. Only a flat child meal a little too expensive even if of quality. I was looking for a restaurant with a terrace... No terrace for dinner, but not much. The warm welcome and the great card, in addition! Beef net, perfect kitchen. Test the Cap Corse sauce, a pleasure!
