La vue sur la cuisine est un vrai plaisir. La carte propose 2 menus à des tarifs tres corrects pour du gastro. Le chef decline un plat plur les enfants pour un goût comme pour les grands et un prix raisonnable. Un excellent point de proposer de bon plat cuisiné aux enfants. Les plats et desserts ont ete delicieux. En revanche, la mise en bouche n'a pas fait l'unanimité. Petit ajustement à faire : donner la carte aux tables dans l'ordre de leur arrivée. We booked a table for 9 to celebrate a birthday and our anniversary. The restaurant manager was very professional and really did all they could to make our evening as enjoyable as possible. The sommelier is clearly very knowledgable and does not hesitate to recommend really good wines which are not all French (This was refreshing). The food was the best I had recently. The chef got all the fish and meat cooked just to perfection. We went for the very interesting and tasty 7 course meal (called menu gourmand) it is very well priced but the you really cannot go wrong with any of the other 2 menus. We came to stay at the hotel on the way from Mount Saint M back to Paris. We arrived late and asked for a table they where full but set a. Table in the bar and call us with in 2 minutes. That was nice but the surprise of food and service was amazing. To mention we ate at 5 Michelin start restaurants to include a very nice one in Lyon. This was the best meal of all not even close the locks where wonderful the rabbit and pasta crazy good. The fish was cooked prefect. Ce soir nous avons eu l'immense privilège d'inaugurer le nouvel espace restaurant. Après des travaux d'extension ce dernier a été réalisé avec goût en harmonie avec le château.L'espace restauration donne sur un magnifique parc avec le chant de la nature environnante.Le restaurant est vraiment excellent, un vrai délice. Un accueil remarquable de l'ensemble du personnel. On a eu également l'occasion de féliciter les chefs pour cette enchantement de nos papilles.

Also .. ja ich wieder ! Das Resto hatte heute eröffnet nach einer riesigen Rénovation und ich war mit meinem Kollege der erste !! Essen mit Sicht auf einen super Park und zur anderen Seite die Sicht zu den Chefköchen die gerade mein Essen frisch zubereiten. Super lecker und vor allem bezahlbar... noch die Klimaanlage etwas runter fahren und alles ist bestens.. ich kann nur sagen 5/5 !! Service legt noch mal eine Schippe drauf !
Une belle carte avec des plats classiques (melon-jambon, tomate-mozzarela,...) mais avec de l'inventivité, un superbe dressage et des produits très frais du jardin cueillis juste avant le service. Le tout à des prix raisonnables. La cuisine est ouverte sur le restaurant. Le personnel est efficace et professionnel. Un sommelier est attentif et de bons conseils.
Light, airy conservatory at the back of a chateau, surrounded by a park like environment. Friendly staff who managed to mix formality and welcoming rather well. In addition to an a la carte menu, there's a set of fixed-course menus, each of which offers a choice of dishes. About 80% of our choices were excellent, the other couple merely good.
Delicious food and wine, friendly staff, highly recommended. We had a 3 course meal with matched wines. Everything was wonderful, and really pretty good value for fine dining.

Nous avons dîner dans ce restaurant lors d'une soirée étape. C'est excellent, très bonne prestation. Personnel dévoué et très serviable. Menu gastronomique. Service rapide.
Service impeccable, cadre magnifique plats gouteux et le tout à un prix correct. Un peu plus de choix serait apprécié.
