In view of the comments I confirm that the boss is quite special he speaks dryly but is not at all mean or anything, I think it is just his way of being.. personally it did not disturb me; Otherwise the kitchen is excellent and good value for money(75€ entry, dish, water bottle dessert for 2prs . Very good dishes and impeccable service. Decorate and atmosphere at the top, the boss has a lot of humor. We had a great night.
