As a great fan of the lunchtime value Fourier menu I was very pleasantly charmed by this place. A notch up in decor with a bistro feel, the chef more than lived up to expectations. For a little more money only 15.50 Euros he delivered good ingredients, well presented and very tasty and with ample portions. Service was good and the house wine worth the extra euro or two up from the standard. Lots of French in when we were there and that's always a good sign. Very pleasant and we'll stop again when in the area.

We are always eat in this restaurant with my customers from Sezanne. Lunch is always excellent and we are have good feeling time during that. Wonderful staff , typical french cusine and good champagne. restaurant is huge and during a lunch time is hard to find a free table. Anyway , it is very good place.

We stopped in Sézanne in between vineyard visits. After wandering about for while we saw Le Soleil which was advertising a fixed price lunch menu. The food was great and perfect portion sizes for lunch. My salad was just what I wanted. I’d definitely stop here again when passing through Sezanne.

Sézanne is quite a modest town, and Le Soleil is too. We stopped for lunch and had the Menu du Jour. Good salad, stewed kidneys excellent, apple tart, and a carafe of house wine. Less than €50 for two, difficult to find better value.
