Excellent lunch for two on a cold winter Saturday morning. The owner was delightful, charming and attentive. He told us as many as the ingredients as possible were sourced locally. My husband had a burger, I had the salmon and both meals were delicious and well presented. The house rose was lovely, and there was artisanal beer, which my husband enjoyed. We really enjoyed the background music and had a lovely time. It was a bit quite, but that may have been to do with the major renovations in the town square. Le Sphynx is still open for business, and I recommend you visit. It is, in my view, an asset to the town.
An enjoyable place to have lunch, sitting out in the covered market. Although the atmosphere is unpretentious, the food is of a very high standard. The food is fresh and the service is prompt and friendly. My boeuf tartare was brilliant. That's very meaty, but there are vegetarian options available.
Excellent dinner with savoyard specialties! The fondue and croziflette were exceptional. The products are of high quality, and the reception is more than warm. I strongly recommend this restaurant; You can go with your eyes closed. Thank you!
We had a great time in this friendly restaurant whose boss is coming, attentive and full of enthusiasm. The melts were succulent and copied. We've been regaled!
