I am an accustomed to this restaurant, honestly the taste is there, but I noticed a change of quantity and more precisely the sushi/maki side, before the sushi are tasteful, today we don't even have the time to feel the sushi so it is small, the more prices have increased for a quality and a quantity that decreases.
The dishes are delicious, the quantity is there. ... just a waitress who should not have made the hotel school to serve and serve... the passage of dishes above the head, on one side, on the other... nothing to do with the gestuelle by japonizing.
Good Japanese in Montauban. I took the Sakura menu without dessert. Sashimis are fresh and well prepared sushi. The frame is not great, but the waitress is pretty
