Very disappointed by the new concept put in place... we are now delivered to ourselves. We have to order directly at the bar, while there were few people... no advice on beers while we're in a brewery. It gets complicated when you go with a big bar order, what beer for which person? Glasses blend when you're not a connoisseur. The prices are far too high given the benefit that is similar to the non-existent... In short to avoid if you are looking for a relaxing evening. Even the beautiful setting can't ignite disappointment.
I was sold this brewery as a place of conviviality. I didn't find it easy to live there. During the order no advice was provided to help us in choosing beers. The answer is: beers are written on slate. We felt alone to bring 8 beers and 2 boards from the bar to our table. For beer tasting even if tastes and colors don't argue, on my side I didn't hang. If the waitress was available to advise us it could have been different but she was busy talking to her colleagues who came to see her.
