Ate at le Tavaillon twice on our recent trip to the Megeve/Alps area. As we were staying up the hill from the bistro it was a pleasant walk down (slightly longer walk up- may be something to do with the wine! . The food is of good quality and the staff friendly- they also had a good local Gamay that I'd recommend. Over the two nights we had the Spaghetti Bolognese, Confit duck, tartiflette and escalopes savoyard-you also get a good helping of pommes frites. We overindulged one evening and had desserts.
