Quality products ( excellent maturation beef rib, perfectly cooked with wood fire), quick and user-friendly service. Little disappointment over some of the desserts that had been cooked too long: spontaneously not loaded by the establishment with their apology... class! In short, a beautiful address about Plaisance, with a real desire to satisfy customers.
