Finally! An establishment organized by professionals and enthusiasts! The reception is hot, the kitchen is ultra fresh, only with local and local products. Not to mention sardines (which for the time are not local but excellent). And I'm not talking about the wine list. It is not difficult, being sommelier, I only know 10% of the wine map, essentially organic and nature. Only discoveries! Let's go to the bosses. Christophe in the room makes us share his passion for wine. He always finds the right keel. And Frederic in the frying pans offers us a bistro without equal to the Cannet! Excellent, we go regularly when we get south. The setting is superb, the boss is very nice and professional, the kitchen is fresh and the market, the varied dishes and the season. Not to mention the organic wines that are excellent. One without fault!
