the chance of a box offered by my colleagues led us to book on the first Thursday of June in this pretty restaurant of Moulins. The tables are spaced, which is nice to have dinner quietly. The dinner was simply perfect: scalopes of burgundy foie gras, redberries, chocolate nougatine. We had a very good chinon (small thing by the way we often have very good years in the half bottle format). The graceful and precise service and the attention of a gourmet restaurant (mouthed) have completed this pleasant evening.
My husband and I came to this restaurant following the recommendations of our friends and we spent an excellent evening in a tastefully decorated setting. We ate an inlet fat compressed with apricot, for the dish despite a limited choice we were able to eat a beef net (the cooking was perfect) and dessert a raspberry macaron. in conclusion: a refined meal with precise and graceful service.
