Located in a very traditional hotel in the main square you will be pleasantly surprised by the modernity of the interior and the dishes served. Whenever possible local ingredients have been used and the supplier acknowledged. Many of the meals on offer are based on traditional cuisine from the basque region, but have been given a modern twist. The owners will make you more than welcome. They are well supported by friendly and helpful staff. Make sure you leave room for one of their fabulous desserts. Well worth a try is the 'delice du moment ' or the 'cafe gourmandise ' produced by Franck Mendive, local chocolatier, delicious!
