Faithful since the opening, I'm never disappointed with my meal at Triple V. The values of Hugo (the manager are extremely commendable and are put into practice in his kitchen: organic, local, healthy, ecological and vegetable. The perfect combo for a restaurant. Possibility to eat the lunch and taste it on the spot or take it away (reviewed on the note if we take our own boots, tups, ... great what. I am always welcomed with sympathy, the choice is top, neither too much nor not enough. All the dishes offered are obviously home with in addition an affordable price. It's just my favorite restaurant in Caen, only hic is closed in the evening; p
I went on several occasions to this establishment and I was never disappointed, either for lunch or for a gourmet snack at the time of tasting. The products are organic, excellent, and the pastries are to fall... The staff is very pleasant and do not hesitate to ask you/advise on what is on the map. The dishes often change, depending on the seasons and the imagination of the chef. It is a real pleasure to discover new dishes to original and bold associations, with products that you do not eat at home every day. To be recommended, without hesitation.
To treat yourself with rich and well-prepared salads, eat a seasonal vegetable pie, throw yourself on one or more excellent desserts, nothing like the Triple V. Everything is hyper-fresh, slate renewal is daily and vegetables unveil all their flavors. A very nice place, welcoming and equipped with a beautiful small terrace, very pleasant also for a snack break (the banana chocolate pie is a slaughter). A real pleasure, which more is very affordable given the quality of the products.
Very good discovery! We were looking for a vegetarian restaurant and we were not disappointed with this small 100% vegetable, organic and local restaurant! The manager is very nice and his delicious and original recipes. And in addition the prices are really very affordable. Anyway to try absolutely!
