It was the first place we stopped at bayeux while we had just arrived in time for a late lunch. the location is very picturesque in the old town next to the river. the inside of the triskell is very small and mainly populated with locals. We had to wait a good time for our order because they were visibly at full capacity. we enjoyed our cakes but we thought they were slightly unpopulated and lacked the flavor we found elsewhere, but nothing serious.
this restaurant is hidden in a stone bridge and nestled, but is worth a visit. service was very friendly even if there was a slight language barrier. the other guests present were all French, which says long about the quality of the restoration. The savoyard cake is the best of the 8 I tasted during this trip. I strongly recommend the triskell and I will return if you return to the area.
small comfortable place where you can take a delicious lunch. Excellent value for money.Children have had a good time and the squash was superb!Personal friendly!For tip; ventilation and extraction inside must be a little improved. it warmed up quickly and you could very well feel the delicious cooking air.
The galettes are good and the very affordable prices, even cheap for the region. A four-euro whiskey, we'll ask again. Unfortunately the good kitchen is ruined by the friendliness of the waitress who served us. Book a table now
