I must recommend this restaurant after you have visited the palace nearby, lunch there is indeed a good choice. An appetizer with the main or the main with the dessert costs only 17Euro, really a decent and affordable lunch there. Very recommend duck terrine and duck mix there, really delicious. Seriously, sincerely enough, it could be quite loud because it accepts a large travel group for lunch. Really, really loud.... But after they left, everything is normal again.
I and my friend went after visiting the castle of Fontainebleau last Friday, which is just nearby. We were very pleased with the service and typical French dishes. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits the area!
The decoration is quite obsolete and even sketched, but the food is definitely legit. Even the bread is good and the main dish is fantastic (yield the very responsive price)
Had a meal for a big group after a day tour the area. Service was prompt and friendly and the food was quite solid.
