very pleasant moment at the val d’Aube. very good meal, impeccable service, beautiful sommelier proposal. the room is modern and comfortable. we asked if it was possible to have a specific dessert during the reservation, the one proposed in the menu. a attention we enjoyed a lot (a fantastic chocolate pie! prices remain reasonable enough for a star.
