We were the first people in the restaurant for dinner and opted for the set menu consisting of 3 courses (with an optional boule of alcoholic sorbet) for €25 each. Both starters the salmon and the Tartelette cotentinoise (a cheesy pastry) were very well presented and tasted lovely. The fish of the day merlu (hake) was fabulously presented and complimented by the potato cake, garnishes and cooked tomato, in itself the fish was lovely clearly fresh and cooked nearly perfectly. The deserts were good and cajoled by the fruit garnishes and sauces.
