A pleasant moment of sharing. My father and I took the menu at 42€. In the entrance, a beautiful egg perfectly made with crispy and boring lamb ris. In flat, a super dorade with a cabbage and onion, all in subtlety. The cheese was very good with its small infusion in the thyme or rosemary And dessert, perfect to finish a good meal, light and slightly acidic. Very nice restaurant well located on the banks of Sorgues, exquisite and irreproachable staff. The dishes are uneven and the dorade of this day- it would be enough to make them lose their star.
