When we came in it seems to bee nice, with a good view, couple of tables has been occupied. So, we decide to have a lunch there.The menu for the restaurant was strange. 3 appetizers, 3 starters/salads and some main course dishes. Only the meat, no fish. We have eaten at most restaurants in Isola 2000 since skiing here each Easter over the last five years. However, this was the first time we visited the Yeti, having previously been put off by the grotesque Yeti figure and the bleak entrance to the restaurant up the stairs.Once inside, the restaurant is definitely the most sophisticated in Isola 2000 and the quality and preparation of the food cannot be surpassed. The hot stone (cannibal) is particularly good with steak, chicken and duck offered as the meat selection. I don't get the one star review at all. We had dinner. There's no doubt that Le Yeti has an image issue. The silly Yeti model by the entrance isn't exactly enticing. The room at night is over-lit and the style a bit old fashioned. But don't let this put you off. The service is spot on, and the food excellent. Most of us had the 'Cannibal experience' - a hot plate with beef, duck and chicken to cook on it. Comes with a plate of dips, potato and veg pie thing. Two had delicious salads. Wine list reasonably priced. We all loved it - it just needs a makeover! Six of us with a bottle of wine, 3 beers and soft drinks, one course only, about €200. Fair value.
we ate twice in le yeti. in both cases we enjoyed eating (detailed below.) for the first time we were almost alone in the restaurant and service was great. for the second time the restaurant was half full, but with only one waiter the service was slow. in both cases our special requests were received. we had the chicken sandwich with the frying, the Quinoa salad and the hot Camembert cheese. the restaurent is comfortable and pleasant to sit. the prices are something on the espensive side.

we visited the restaurant on the day we arrived at lunch in isola 2000. restaruant was empty (no good sign), but we gave it a test. Average power, the pasta bolognese was all pasta and almost no sauce. we asked for more sauce and. another little spoon. as result was the half of the pasta uneaten. the confit de canard was in order, tasted from a dose, but was also warm, nice cold, but then we wanted to go. will not go back.
Food was good but in my taste not so "eventful". I'm sorry to say but I think most of the food was pre prepared/cooked and bought so and then served with some vegetables.I do hope they will start making there own food from the bottom since they all was so kind.
must grow that it was not the high season, but to serve 28 euro steak rossini, which was not to eat, there is no exuse. friendly service, but the answer was simply sad that they did not like it! The...pasta that other guests have ordered was okay.
we visited last night, although the restaurant was quiet the waiter was both polite and professional. Eat was fantastic, so will go again before we go home. in any case recommend.

Very nice place with a fireplace in the middle of the restaurant. Efficient staf, nice and observant. Excellent duck and very good meals in general. Calm and recommendable.
