It’s good to have a husband that enjoys great quality food just as much as I do! A little drive outside the city is good when afterwards my belly is HAPPY!!! From the hot and fresh honey butter dinner rolls, the well seasoned, not over cooked steak bites appetizer, my delicately cooked and amazing fried salmon, perfectly cooked macaroni and cheese, the OMG greens (and I don’t really care for greens!! , the sweet potato casserole that wasn’t stringy (real cooks know exactly what I’m talking about and the dessert…my Strawberry-Banana Pudding My heart and soul is happy and I’m excited about my leftovers tomorrow after church
After the reviews about them I finally got a chance to try. I’ve tried before when it was located in the eastern market but wasn’t successful. So decided to do ubereats since reviews of customer service wasn’t good. So order 2 fried Cornish hen meals one with Mac and cheese and yams. The other with greens and mashed potatoes. One strawberry banana pudding. The pudding wasn’t in the bag so ubereats refunded me. The sides were good I enjoyed all 4. The Mac and cheese had the right cheeses and was seasoned. The Cornish hens had too much breading but they were decent. I might try again the same way ubereats.
Pros- Food was good and hot. I did not care for the smakin Mac and cheese, the Mac and cheese was very good the boneless wings were okay and a bit hard. Strawberry lemonade was to die for! Mamba chicken pasta bomb! Lecture wings smacked! Cons- women’s bathroom was deplorable! Smelled terrible! Needs cleaning often! They did not have our reservation on file, was almost not sat after driving an hour to visit this restaurant for the first time. So make sure your set to go before getting there. Parking is expensive. Overall we will return.
The wait time was NOT bad, by this time the kinks were ironed out. Food was delicious! I tried my best to get the fire on the plate, I thought that was pretty cool. The lamb chops were beyond delicious. However, I think they're a little over priced. Like they literally could be considered lamb chop bites, that's how much meat was on them. Staff was very friendly. Definitely will be going back. Cheesecake was not so good though, I got the black bottom one.

Despite making reservations, we had to wait 15-20 minutes for our table. However, the service was good and the food was great! We will definitely be returning.
I went here for my daughter’s 13th birthday dinner. We had a really nice time. The live band was a plus. It’s a little on the pricey side, but well worth it.

The restaurant is extremely tiny, with tables placed very closely together. The service can be slow at times, but the food is delicious.
