The dishes are prepared as one would expect, the service staff very polite and attentive but a few blunders to note: a chipped flute at its base, a starter served when we have barely started our aperitif... Not very serious but details that the demanding customer notes and which surely prevent the establishment from moving to a higher level. For a restaurant next to a golf course and a 4* hotel we accept, for a restaurant seeking the star we would ask again. Bravo all the same to the young waiters for their sympathy and spontaneity.
My wife and I had the chance to be invited to spend yesterday’s evening in your restaurant, a magnificent setting, a warm and attentive welcome. After a delicate amuse, we opted for a smoky salmon, a daurade tartare at the combawa, then the angus beef picanha and to finish a mellow biscuit, everything was delicious...Thank you this will be an unforgettable moment for us!
