This is a family run restaurant. Philippe in the kitchen and Mme. or a family member serving. We first went 20 years, or so, ago and found it by chance on our way to a Channel port. Our then small children were invited upstairs to watch the television with theirs, service! Since then we divert our route just to go again. There is plenty to choose from, what to leave out?The food is refined and tends towards the Norman. Desserts are made to order, you choose at the beginning of the meal.Given that schoolboy French has to match the equivalent Engli...

it is amazing what they can find at the most unlikely locations. between acres and acres of the farmland in the southern normandie and about seven miles of l’aigle, you will find the village chandai and the wonderful restaurant of ecuyer normand. eating is excellent and. the service is friendly and efficient. as they expect, served ecuyer normand normandie kitchen and offers a lot of set menus to different trips and served a la carte. if they're in the opposite, it's worth a visit.
