We chose the travel tasting menu with pairing £120 per person, the Rd... delivered to the choices by the cook with any dish HOWEVER, the timings and delivery of each pairing was wrong, and it ruins the experience of any dish that is the point of the paring option). The pairings were served 10-15 minutes before each main event, and with many of the pairings required to be served chilled, they were not room was warm). Such a wonderful one-star Michelin restaurant! We enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff are amazing — attentive and helpful. We selected the 7 course meal. The food was art, which seemed wrong to eat…but oh so good! We took pictures of every course and savoured every bite. The sommelier helped me pick a great bottle of Bordeaux which fully complemented the meal. It was not very busy when we were there at 730. I suggest a reservation for 840. Not cheap, but well worth it if you are a foodie. A meal to remember!
The place was a bit dark and cold in the begging, we were seated in a restaurant booth that seemed to big for our party of 2. Then we started exploring the surroundings and noticing all the great design touches around, by the time the...amuse touch our table we were more than comfortable with the place. The food was one of the best in our 10 days stay in London, and my wife’s favorite one. We tried everything and every single dish was delicious. Knowledgeable staff and warm service. Well done!!
