We recently had lunch at the hermitage beach restaurant. We're used to coming there regularly. the panorama is wonderful, especially since the terrace has been rebuilt. the service is pleasant, on the other hand we did not have lunch as well as in the past. We chose the menu of the day entry, dish and dessert. The entrance was unsipid (melon soup, fried and raw ham), idem for the turbot we found too cooked. However, the crunchy dessert of hazelnuts and chocolate was excellent. End-of-season fatigue blow? Can do better!
Very disappointing experience, we left about €400 for the meals. The food is nothing special, the service is terrible, we waited over one hour for the main, the bill was wrong. We were almost treated as thieves because we reviewed the bill for mistakes. The service is very junior, with no smile, people don't remember what your ordered and the food is overpriced. This is a typical sucker's 5* restaurant: make yourself a big favor and go somewhere else! This is really not worth the money
reception and service pro. The grilled lobster with Japanese butter is well prepared. The lobster salad is good but does not justify the price. white wine with glass (chablis and sancerre) is also medium. dessert very good on the other hand. very nice and attentive staff. nice view and frame.
very pleasant setting on terrace-beach. lunch menu very correct. only bemol: chaotic service or, for example, bring the aperitif at the same time as the entrance. intervention by the rank leader and the suite went very well.

situation well on ideal but disappointed by cuisine probably too much sought after in the abundance of additions that remove freshness and authenticity. Hard and heavy poultry flat... to see again.
I came with jb and frankly everything is perfect! from the reception to the qualite of the dishes without forgetting the landscape and the high kindness of the staff!
Michelin is very positive and we had a lot of expectations. The fish is fresh andthat is all we can say. Nothing spectaculair and they get to much honour.
For a beach club style of restaurant it was surprisingly good. We ate lunch and all of our meals were pretty good and the service was prompt and helpful.
