The owner speaks English and he could describe the items on the menu to us. He is very friendly. We were told by a person on the street this is the best restaurant at Villecroze which we agreed. It was a windy day but we sat outside facing the fir trees and enjoyed the nice view. We had the galette complete 7 Euros which was delicious and the andouillette sausage with nice serving of fries and salad 11 Euros. Prices are reasonable, service was excellent, food was served fast and delicious. The restaurant is opposite a car park with free parking. We certainly recommend this when you visit Villecroze.
Went to Lei Cigales for lunch on five occasions between 7 and 19 July. Prix fixe menu is between 14.50 Euro and 16.50 Euro. Choice of two entrée, one choice for the plat du jour, and, usually a choice of three desserts. All beautifully home cooked and served by the lovely husband and wife team that own the restaurant. Staggering value for money. We'll be back. You need to book because ordering times for the prix fixe menu are limited.
Love this restaurant, welcome with warmth, the food is excellent, amazing prices for the quality ! Been there several times, never disappointed! You've got to book in advance as it is so successful ! In fact you feel home being at Leï Cigales ! The ambiance so cosy !
Very good reception and what's nice is that it's a family restaurant. Nice decoration and cheap menu.. 14.50 flat entry and dessert of the day.. Coffee or glass of wine included.. I recommend booking
