Adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de sushis!!!Une carte très variée, il y en a pour tous les goûts...végétariens y compris!!!Pour ceux et celles qui ne connaissent pas ou tout simplement récalcitrants vis-à-vis du poisson cru, je conseille vivement la découverte du sushi et autres spécialités dans ce restaurant où vous serez bien reçus et surtout, pas déçus...Bien entendu, poissons très frais...très important pour ce genre de produits!!!Plats préparés à la minute pour la fraîcheur, si vous êtes pressés, il est vivement conseillé de commander à l'avance...Et je recommande vivement!!!
We are customers from the beginning and I think you rest on your laurels ... nothing to say until last night ... a child 5 years would have done better no refinement for sushi stuffed with cheese ... not to mention sashimis crude to chainsaw, catastrophic presentation, fish defrosted and all but melting in the mouth ... I prefer in this case to go take me and cut off my fish myself I am a real lover and amateur of this Japanese cuisine and I think an internship with real chefs specialists in this kitchen would be good ... Big disappointment so ...
It's the first time I've been given beef skewers and chickens still frozen to go home. When I realize and call to understand, they tell me that it's normal, I have to pass them in the oven...! So either I'm warned in advance of this manipulation to be done at home (happyly I have an oven being said by the way), or we take on his ball and propose a solution... On the makis, nothing surprising is frozen defrosted, the same makis as in all low-end Japanese restaurant chains.
Rien à dire sur la qualité des sushis ! Cependant, une fois arrivé chez nous, la commande est incomplète. On appelle alors le restaurant, on nous propose un crédit pour une prochaine commande. Sauf que nous avons des invités et que c'est notre repas! Non seulement on prends un voyage pour récupérer notre dû mais en plus aucun geste commercial nous est proposé pour une commande de 70€ !!!! Par principe je ne trouve pas ça correct !

Je ne pensais pas tomber sur un si bon restaurant Japonais au pays du Piment et je suis ravi de cette trouvaille à deux pas de chez moi !! Une equipe soudé et un patron hyper cool ! En ce qui concerne les plats tout est fait sur place et à la commande !! Le Tartare de Saumon est à s'en mordre les doigts !! Ma plus belle trouvaille à Ustaritz !
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre diner au JAP64, le personnel était très sympa, les sushis préparés minute, très généreux et très bons.Je recommande a 100 % !
Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Les sushis y sont excellents , les produits frais et gouteux. Contentes que vous soyez près de chez nous :) A très bientôt
Un très bon bar à sushis! Une belle découverte et des produits de très bonnes qualités ! Un régal et un personnel à l'écoute et très gentil.

A must in the family now, there is a choice, it is fresh, the quality is there... we order it regularly and we have never been disappointed!
Toujours super bon. Fan de sushi cest ici qu'il faut venir. Dans ce petit coin de village et oui il y a un sushi! Toujours super accueil.
