Traditional cocktail bar of a lifetime, classic cocktails masterfully prepared by Fernando, exquisite treatment by Carla, who explains the entire process and the ingredients. The bar is a museum with collection bottles, upon entering it transports you to other times. The bar is located in a dream place, it is a movie site, it looks like a set from a film. Very kind and attentive. If you like classic cocktails, this is your place in Menorca. Be sure to try it if you go to Es Castell

I find it unfortunate that a cocktail bar closes so soon, I've gone twice and both times they told me it was closed, once at 11:05 p.m. and the other at 10:30 p.m.
