Terrible experience will not be going back! After we were seated I leaned against the table to look at the menu and became grossed out after leaning back because my shirt was sticking to something sticky on the edge of the table and left residue on my shirt. Then we ordered, my husband got the #25 pho and I got the Three colour combo(can't remember what number that was). Our server brought out my husband's food first and he started eating while I was waiting my food... The server then brought out two dishes, one was mine and the other dish was for the table beside us, she placed the dish in front of me after giving the others food the them and I noticed it wasn't my dish. She repeated the or...

The server puts in my order wrong, charged me with the food that I did not ordered, and refuses to admit nor apologize that she served me food that I didn’t want. Additionally, there was no service throughout my dining experience; no one came to check up on me and no greetings. When I asked about the menu, which is what type of noodles that come with the combo. the server wasn’t able to explain anything but, “it’s noodles”. The dish came after 20 minutes of waiting with no acknowledgement; which was not what I ordered but I didn’t notice. She served me the rice dish with a fork and chopsticks. After 5 minutes with her walking right passed me, on the phone and ignoring me, I had to go up to t...

Unsatisfied…We expected better from this place to come at par or above average in terms of true and authentic Vietnamese flavour. We were disappointed to find their Pho broth isn’t as authentically flavourful a bowl of delicious noodle soup suppose to be.Firstly, the garnishing was a sign that it won’t turn out good. The beansprouts wasn’t fresh and looks likes its been sitting out in a bowl of cold water for weeks. In addition, traditionally the beansprout should come with basils and lots of it including the beansprouts.Secondly, the broth flavour was too sweet and lacking the Pho flavour which is odd. We think they didn’t add MSG catering to caucasian clients. MSG isn’t bad for you people,...

Our go to spot for pho in Kamloops is Lemongrass Vietnamese Restaurant. We had some beers appetizers and noodles. The chicken wings were good. Came out fresh from the fryer and the meat was moist. Seasoned well. The gyozas were good. The Hue Spicy Soup is delicious with the perfect amount of heat. Ample toppings and noodles. My friends enjoyed the House Special Noodles. If you are in Kamloops and have a craving for pho this is the place. Book a table now

Was very good, the only negative would be that it would have been nice if the menus had pictures of the dishes available rather than the large boads set up sporadically around the restaurant. It was impossible to see what was being displayed unless you were right beside it.But the food and service was amazing. They also have a special coffee that is fantastic.

Food is mediocre at best and surprisingly pricey for what you get. It was over salted yet lacking in flavour at the same time.A side of extra noodles will run you $4.50 and they charge $1.50 for a table spoon of chili oil?!Service was decent and was the saving grace here. They also have gluten free options which is a bonus.

Stopped by for dinner and got lucky to find parking in this small plaza. A bit hard to find without GPS. The deco inside feels more like a Japanese restaurant. Both the spicy hue soup and stirred fry beef rice noodle are good, but the portion seems to be ok the smaller side, at least on the meat to carbs portion.

We stopped here for lunch while on a long road trip and it was such a delicious meal. Very fresh and fast service. The servers were very helpful. Have to recommend the Laksa (curry soup) and it was the best dish I’ve ever had. Spring rolls were amazing as well as the vermicelli bowls. This is a must stop place! Book a table now
