I called on Camille to manage my wedding meal with 130 guests. On the menu: cold buffet with cheese, charcuterie, various breads, raw vegetables, spreads, gazpachos. In croques dish with two great recipes, fries and salad. And for dessert: fresh fruit salads and cookies. Result: delighted guests! THE CSE of my company had reserved the Encamignon to offer sweet snacks during the end-of-year holidays, it was a very good idea!
