L'Endroit - Table reservation

Although the food we ordered was nice, the attitude of the staff was disappointing. A member of our party has particular dietary requirements and they were very unhelpful in catering to her needs. Other restaurants in the area had been extremely helpful, for example, although something simple such as an omelette were not on the menu, they were more than happy to supply one for her, this was not the case in L'Endroit. Instead we were met with an abrupt 'no' and no alternatives were offered. Such a shame as the restaurant itself was pleasant and most of the food we ordered was lovely.

We stopped here on our way up the hill to the Basilica. It is very modern and contemporary, it was busy at lunchtime and service was excellent. We had muscles and a really good burger made from excellent quality beef .

Good to find a proper brasserie at last serving excellent local cider, plus other drinks of course, and a good selection of well cooked and presented food. Prices are good and service very friendly.

Service rather slow but only because it was SO busy! Interesting menu, plenty of choice and all at a good price.

Charming little place in Lisieux , loved the food, The Salmon, the Carpaccios, Salads and Deserts are wonderful
