The overall four stars is simply because of lack of customer service over the phone. We patronize Lenny 's a few times a week for lunch at work. Everyone had their ordered ready, which is regular since we eat there weekly. Gray or Grey, however her name spelled answered the phone. Strike one was when she said Lenny 's Deli how can I help you? I said good morning how are you? She never said nothing so I repeated myself she then said I 'm fine I told her we wanted to do a pick up order wasn 't a small order either. Regular Deli atmosphere the service was great and definitely the best part of the experience but that's where the good stops I had breakfast with them this morning and it really wasn't good at all the breakfast sandwich was extremely dry barely any cheese and the eggs were overcooked the home fries were straight out of bag reheated on the grill with a few onions. I even grabbed egg salad for lunch and it literally looked like a few chopped up eggs and a bowl with barely any Mayo and absolutely no seasoning will likely not return
We stumbled upon this place while traveling from Washington to New York, and I was really impressed. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was very welcoming. The food was delicious as well! My daughter especially enjoyed the mac 'n cheese, while I opted for a sandwich.
My experience at this restaurant varied greatly depending on who was working that day. Unfortunately, the owner does not address customer concerns. If you're looking for a quick and satisfying breakfast, I cannot recommend this place.

The cooks here are very good. They work like a well oiled machine. The cashiers can have a little more enthusiasm about seeing customers ?but over all still great.
Poor customer! Messed up my order twice. Placed my order at 11:34 didn’t receive my food until 12:20 as a pickup. My food was remade and still wrong.
I just found out that Lenny's will soon have new owners. I hope the quality of the food and service remains unchanged. We'll have to wait and see...
