excellent cuisine, refined, with map based on fresh products so that varies with seasons. some must-sees like the perfect egg, the beef piece. Never disappointed. everything is so good, well presented, we forget the time of service to the limit of a little bit long but I think it is in the preparation time where the wish is not to bother. an address where you like to come back.
between two glasses is a very nice place, just like the staff, very welcoming. and gastronomy, you will not be disappointed! for a formula at 17 euros this noon, were served a dorade tartare in the entrance, a salmon back with butternut and hazelnut, and a dessert to choose from (chantilly homemade).
