Deplorable welcome and icy atmosphere! 3 dealers for a customer but I felt like we were 5 in the bakery. The salesman who used me to stop our exchange by asking her colleague to take over as the cashing was too complicated for her, without apology and no explanation of course. I bought a brioche that was supposed to be traditional, but it turned out that the brioche was industrial in incoherence with the artisan baker. As it was dry the next day it leaves me to think that we are far from traditional artisanal pastry and having the habit of consuming traditional craftsmanship.
