Fine Dining at Les Antiquaires in Perpignan. The chef is the owner, chef, and server. In fact he is the sole staff at the restaurant. The food was extraordinary, equivalent to a Michelin starred restaurant. Duck and foie cannelloni and goat cheese feuillete to start and the duck with orange and cod with shallots for mains. We both had the Grand Marnier soufflé for dessert and a bottle of house red. The soufflé was dripping in butter and cream, and made to perfection, light and tasty. Quality and service were great (the owner was very friendly and spoke English, French, and Catalá when asking if we understood the French menu) and we both left feeling happily full.
