located in the commercial area of Saint herblain, this restaurant offers menus to 35 euros (entrance, dish, dessert) 40.5 euros (entrance, dish, cheese, dessert), and a third menu a little more expensive, (for a total of 48 euros, I think) with cold entrance and fish, meat. interior decoration is sober and modern. service and fast, efficient and smiling. the dishes are excellent, with a beautiful presentation. We had lunch yesterday with a sea spider inlet and crayfish on Breton artichoke salad with avocado spuma. in flat lamb mice stuffed with spinach pesto and vegetables for one, rub for others. for dessert, banana and caramelized bits lemon ice cream (a slaughter). all this for 35 euros....
We came the last time for our 36th wedding anniversary and chose the surprise menu in 4 services under the wise advice of our host. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the setting, the service, the burning atmosphere and the meal I leave you the pleasant surprise when you come to spend a pleasant time. We agree with my wife and I, it is sincerely one of our best meals in a gourmet restaurant. Bravo to the whole team!!! Christophe
confirms my previous review (January 06, 2016) namely fresh quality products but congruous portions. I specify that veggies are very insufficient; In addition, there is no menu without off-card dessert. However, it is possible to take a single dish on the map but the prices of the entries are actually redhibitory for the quantity. Too bad...The service is pleasant and fast.
