What an experience like other reviews have said, it’s not speedy. Account for 5 6hrs! But what a meal. Interesting food constructed around a central theme, attentive service and lots of moving parts. You’re physically moved from location to location, deconstructed dishes have multiple layers and orders this is theatrical dining, a performance. Tbh, Etxebarri was better food (1 Michelin star) but this (2 Michelin stars) was a better overall experience. Best enjoyed in a group though after 6hrs you might otherwise run out of conversation.
Unique!!! The experience begins right at the entrance. A great symbiosis of historic property and modern interior design and a simply designed garden. Warm welcome, attentive support throughout the evening and a menu that deserves more than two stars. Here we cook with passion. There is no restaurant like this in France or Germany!
