News on Montbéliard I discover the restaurants of my neighborhood. On the counts, I remain mixed, a rather unpleasant service. When we make the remark without shaking, asking if there was a problem with our order because served after 3 people arriving after us 4, the waitress answers dryly that they are overwhelmed because full restaurant of 30 covers and she swings on the table, the plate she brought after 3/4 waiting hours. She announces for one of the fish dishes that the taggliatelles will have never been served, the fries not appetizing, cooked in an end-of-service oil for fries and carps overly. The answer given poor quality of potatoes did not convince me, on the other tables the frie...
the quality/quantity ratio and price is excessive. More than 20 euros to say a Franco-Mutoise plate (a few rounds of sausages, pdts and concoillotte), it's too expensive, idem for carp frying with a salad bowl but not a lot of frying. 110 euros to 4 without dessert!
Only restaurant open this Sunday noon in the city center which was a very nice discovery. The local dishes are very well cooked, the wine of the region is well advised. Finally special mention for the waitress, preacher and good advice.
First time, I had heard that good and actually it was very good, homemade fries included, my walnut paved was tender to wish, the excellent bits. The nice waitress, dedicated to her clients, very professional. Keep going!

We highly recommend this restaurant. A mice of lamb with thyme, a real happiness. The cooking is perfect. Very friendly boss and staff. Thank you, we will return with pleasure
Rainy day at the Christmas market but sun in this restaurant appetizing cuisine with tasty dishes we spent a pleasant moment thanks.
Address discovered by chance and what a tasteful pleasure....we have only very rarely eaten meat as tender... I strongly recommend.
