Birthday cake, Bavaria Strawberry : Good reception, correct rate about 25 euros for 8/10 pers. Superb mirror glazing that held well in the refrigerator about 6/7 hours, nice presentation, the fruit mousse too sweet that gave a feeling of heaviness but the whole was good. As my favorite cake is, I would certainly recommend putting less sugar. Thank you for this beautiful cake
