We’ve been visiting Le Touquet for the last 20 years and this evening was our first visit to Les Deux Moineaux. The restaurant is charming and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We had tomatoes and burrata to start followed by entrecôte and swordfish and then deconstructed lemon tart and the cherry dessert to finish. There was also an amuse bouche of cauliflower cream and a palmier. The flavours were deep and developed. We hadn’t planned to … but we enjoyed the meal so much we booked for another evening during our trip.
A tiny family owned restaurant with a lot of personality and excellent food! One brother is the innovative chef whilst the other is the charming and knowledgeable Maître d’. We had the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairings each course was a delicious surprise. The fresh , locally sourced food was wonderful! Make sure you book!
What a fantastic restaurant!! A party of 7 had dinner at this small restaurant one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Food and the presentation (a la carte) were superb and the service friendly and excellent. Definitely on our list to return on our next trip. Thank you for a great experience.
We visited this restaurant on the last day of our holiday, due to it being rated No 1 on Trip Advisor. The food was absolutely exceptional, with such incredible flavours, and so much attention to detail.
