a restricted choice to the menu but which allows the chef to master his subject from the entrance to the dessert. The Saint-Chinian who accompanied our dishes was perfect. very good without being simplistic for a remarkable price in the evening (menu to 25€, and copied in addition. I'll go back with pleasure.
