The English translation for this restaurant is ‘The Raspberry Fingers’ which is very apt as this area is renowned for raspberries and as such they were incorporated into many of the dishes in this establishment. The menu had some interesting options, one particular favourite being the duck eclair which was interesting. I went for cured mackerel starter with a duck main which I thoroughly enjoyed. In fact everyone in our group agreed the food was extremely good and also good value. One friend went as far as saying it was the best food we had during our Lyon fortnight and we certainly ate well during that time. Worth eating here if you’re in the area.
This charming restaurant is in the countryside west of Lyon in the village of Thurins. The owners are as charming as the name of their restaurant. The menu is quite good, delicious french cusine with fair prices. We had an excellent meal, and friends of ours, on our reccomendation went the following week, and were just as pleased as we had been.
A top reception with a perfectly prepared kitchen. Good pizza. Very good burger and fish duo at the top. All this at correct prices for a restaurant that makes Thurins live
Good atmosphere, nice and efficient service, Lyon meals very good. But don't forget the gizzards in the Lyonnaise salad!
