Although accustomed to this beautiful and good house, on Sunday we were once again amazed by the quality and the subtleties of the dishes that we tasted that day. We noticed this when we left for Adeline, one of the two chefs with Julien who, too modest, returned the compliment by telling us that it was we who had chosen the dishes...as if it were only thanks to to us if we had enjoyed ourselves so well... Add to that the welcome, the kindness and the impeccable service of Vanessa, and you leave Fables thinking of only one thing, to come back very quickly... Thank you all and see you soon!
What a great discovery! very good dinner with a discreet but efficient service. the quality of the dishes that fry the macaron michelin. excellent homemade smoked salmon and delicious truffle risotto. Pears/maroon dessert more than perfect. Moreover, everything is served a lot. beautiful wine map at very affordable prices. If you pass by the fountains don't sweat.
