I called on Flambées Tradition on the occasion of my 50th birthday. Service for 56 people. All my guests were unanimously delighted! Quality and fast service. The pies are excellent (and I 'm the demanding type when it comes to tarte flambée : fine dough, very digestible, the cream is very good and doesn 't run, and the finesse of the bacon bits is amazing. Viewed some very positive comments. I said to myself, hey, I'll give it a try as it's very difficult with tartes flambée, for me it's not worth it, they're too thin. I was this Thursday evening in Gries ordering three tartes flambée, the welcome was not warm... the bases of the tartes flambée were not cooked around the edges. I am very disappointed and I do not recommend. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We called on the traditional flambées for a baptism, the tarts are incredible and the service is top notch, I highly recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
