Here’s a few times that I didn’t leave an opinion on the streams. regular customers since we arrived at the rocks about 3 years ago we have never been disappointed with desflots. Since the arrival of the new chef this year the kitchen is even better and more elaborate than before, desserts are also more sought after. very friendly and professional staff. We have come to know the new “second master of hotels” that has taken over Abdel that we appreciate it very much and now works at the Entracte. It is always a pleasure to have a moment there. Bravo to the whole team.
We came to dinner with each gift (completed to validate a reservation with this type of payment on Saturday evening). Aperitif served at the same time as the entrance. Tasty but very expedient meal that makes the experience less pleasant. We had 100€ on our gift card which unfortunately is outdated but despite several emails sent no response from the restaurant on the even partial use of this voucher. So good gift to offer to stay absolutely in this restaurant if you wish to please
everything was perfect but I have a remark to make you, in the first menu there is only one main dish to choose, which is a pity, especially when the main dish is octopus, everyone does not like this fish (I the first) which requires to take almost automatically the 2nd menu to 69 euros. Two main dishes are required for the choice of the customer, a meat of course.
very fine and inventive kitchen without excess. original assortment of two lamb cooks (cracked and suffocated. Paris-Brest exceptional! well-equipped, varied and well-formed wine map. stylish but warm service. Cozy and quiet atmosphere, at the same time as living. Nothing too gumted. beautiful view of the historic port.

it is a real seafood restaurant with a map that contains the most varied dishes. diversity but also quality. It is a refined cuisine in taste and presentation. The service is upstairs and the smiling staff. not to mention that the frame is very pleasant. Go on, you won't be disappointed.
