Customers for several years. It's clearly not politeness and commercial smiles that stifle them, but let's move on, because it's good. This November 15, arrived at 6:50 p.m. for 2 Americans. My loyalty card states “1 free American”; well finally they tell me “no, it’s just a reduction”. And I'm not allowed a stamp (even though I paid the full price for an American one).
