In this magnificent pastry shop you will be greeted with a smile by charming pastrymakers. Little sweet pastries for some and delicate, are a treat! Personally I tasted the baba in rum, the nun in coffee, the millefeuille in vanilla, the Paris-Brest(my favorite: , the bûche Céline: pear-café that delighted us at Christmas Eve and lately the galette of kings with the frangipane vanilla-tonka that is a little wonder of greedy, crispy and melting. short you can go the eyes closed.
the products offered are of exceptional quality because of the values of the place: everything is organic, home, the ingredients are local and seasonal, the use of white sugar is prohibited, etc. attention, unlike the description suggests, everything is not vegan.
